Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Talent Officer at Robins Kaplan LLP since May 2004, Shelley leads diverse teams to enhance litigation services. Previous roles include Chief Scientist and Director of Technical Consulting at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and a Visiting Academic at the University of Oxford. Shelley has a robust research background, including positions at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the University of Minnesota, where a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering was earned. Early career experiences include internships at 3M and Seagate Technology, contributing to advanced material and technology research.
