Dan Rader

Dan Rader is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Senior Design Manager for Apps at Roblox since December 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing user experiences across various platforms. Prior to this role, Rader held multiple leadership positions at Xplor, including Design Systems Lead and Global Head of Product Design for Fitness & Wellbeing, overseeing a global design organization across numerous brands and countries. Rader's extensive experience spans roles such as Associate Creative Director at ISL and Visual Designer at Deloitte Digital, working with high-profile clients like Volkswagen and the Obama Foundation. Rader has also contributed significantly to the design community as DC Design Week Chair for AIGA DC and has a strong educational background in music performance from Shenandoah University.
