Hayden Waisanen is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a robust background in identity and access management (IAM) and software development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Roblox since November 2022, Hayden previously held the title of Senior Software Engineer in IAM at Netflix from September 2018 to November 2022.
