Jay Moorthi

Jay Moorthi is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Roblox since October 2024, Jay previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Qumulo and Domino Data Lab, where efforts focused on advancing data science through an Enterprise MLOps platform. Prior roles include Senior Director at GE Digital, managing multidisciplinary teams and CI/CD platforms, and founding Solano Labs, which specialized in cloud software development solutions. Jay's early career includes significant contributions at Cisco Systems, where leadership encompassed web security product development, and at Network Appliance, focusing on core filesystem features. Jay earned an AB in Computer Science from Harvard University.
