Nadir Joshua

Nadir Joshua currently serves as Chief of Staff for Partnerships at Roblox, beginning in September 2024. Previously, Nadir held the position of Vice President of Operations at Caffeine, where responsibilities included serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing operational processes, and planning for key business initiatives. Nadir's extensive experience at Facebook involved several roles, culminating as Business Lead (Chief of Staff) for Ads and Business Products, where support was provided to a revenue-generating team. Nadir also served as Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment, leading a team that advised on employment issues and diversity initiatives. Earlier career roles included Ethics & Employment Counsel for the New York City Council and positions in labor and employment law at White & Case and McCarter & English, LLP. Nadir holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
