Philip Gundy

Philip Gundy is a data scientist with extensive experience in people analytics and data engineering. Currently, Philip serves on the People Analytics team at Roblox, focusing on infrastructure and analytics tools for recruiting. Previous roles include a data analyst position in the People Analytics & Workforce Strategy group at Meta, and senior data scientist at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where strategic insights were provided to clients from complex datasets. Philip has also contributed to executive recruitment at Erevena, developed economic analysis as a graduate assistant at San Francisco State University, and created analytical models as an analytics fellow with the County of San Mateo. Philip holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Francisco State University.
