Steve Oh

Steve Oh currently serves as Senior Product Counsel at Roblox since April 2025. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Product Counsel at TikTok from July 2023 to April 2025. At Weee!, from July 2021 to June 2023, Steve was the Assistant General Counsel, overseeing all legal matters including litigation, employment, and international expansion. Steve's legal career began at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where responsibilities included managing director and shareholder rights for significant investments and developing negotiation playbooks. Earlier roles at SoftBank included supporting fund formation for the Vision Fund and assisting with corporate governance as a Contract Attorney. Steve's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor's in Economics from UC San Diego.
