Hetal Shah is a seasoned professional in digital consulting with a strong focus on design thinking and simplifying lives through innovative digital products. Currently serving as Lead Digital Consultant at Robosoft Technologies since November 2020, Hetal has previously held roles as Strategy Consultant at ThreatIQ and Project Manager and Product Manager in managed services at Nihilent, where responsibilities included business analysis in the BFSI sector. Additionally, Hetal has experience in business development strategy and sales support for the retail and NBFC markets in the UK and India, respectively. Hetal co-founded Horizon Career Solutions, serving as CEO, and has held various positions in earlier career stages, including Assistant Manager at Endeavor Careers and Training at Phoniex. An MBA in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur complements an academic background in Computer Science from MB Patel Science College.
