Valentin Paderov began their work experience in 2009 as an Avionics Technician for the Israel Defense Forces, where they troubleshooted electrical and mechanical problems and played a role in renovating and upgrading avionics systems. In 2012, they transitioned to Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Specialist, specializing in clean room processes and equipment manufacturing. At Intel, they diagnosed problems, optimized production lines, and conducted equipment preventative maintenance and testing. Valentin joined Roboteam in 2017 as a Hardware Engineer.
Valentin Paderov completed their education at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2014 to 2018. Valentin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering during this period.
