Nicola Florio

Nicola Florio has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Digital Production Technician at Roboze since March 2021. This position involves working with advanced 3D printers for high temperature and high strength super plastics. They ensure the production of functional parts for extreme conditions and sectors. Prior to this, in 2020, Nicola held the position of a Certified Drone/UAS Operator for Critical Environments. Their responsibilities included conducting safety tests, managing cameras and equipment carried by the drone, and operating inside critical environments. From 2018 to 2019, Nicola worked as a Thermoforming Machine Operator Technician at ITI POLYMERS - Divisione Consumers. Here, they supervised the production line of disposable cups made from polypropylene (PP) and Polylactic acid (PLA). Their earliest work experience was at Planetek Italia, where they worked as a Collaboratore Tecnico in 2015, focusing on research and development of 3D printing processes. They also worked as a Tirocinante at the same company, involving data conversion and mapping for rapid prototyping in 3D printing.

Nicola Florio pursued their education at I.I.S.S Leonardo da Vinci in Mola di Bari from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they completed a program in Perito Industriale Capotecnico and specialized in Meccatronico.
