Eric Martin

Eric Martin has over three decades of experience in strategic leadership and operational excellence within the IT and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Functions IT at Roche Diagnostics since October 2010, Eric Martin provides comprehensive IT capabilities to support critical functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Previously, as Vice President of Operations Strategy, Eric Martin developed an innovative strategy for Diagnostics Global Operations. In earlier roles at Roche Molecular Systems, Eric Martin directed strategy initiatives that resulted in substantial cost savings. Eric Martin's consulting background includes founding K&M Consulting and holding roles at Theron Business Consulting and Booz Allen Hamilton, where significant improvements in operational efficiency and cost savings were realized. Eric Martin holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BS in Economics and Computer Science from American University.
