Kristen A. Pressner has extensive experience in HR, with roles at Roche, Texas Instruments, and Spherion Corporation. Kristen currently serves as Global Head People & Culture Roche Diagnostics at Roche, leading HR initiatives for over 40,000 employees worldwide. Kristen has also held roles such as Vice President, Head of HR for EMEA and LATAM at Roche, and Director of Talent Management at Texas Instruments. Kristen holds an MBA in International Human Resources Management from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University.
