Maja Radovanovic

Maja Radovanovic, MSc, currently serves as the People Support Operations Team Lead at Roche, where responsibilities include leading the Employee Lifecycle Management team, developing future service portfolios, utilizing data analytics for HR insights, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. Previously, Maja worked as a People & Culture Country Operations Specialist specializing in talent acquisition and payroll for Serbia and Montenegro, and as a Business Assistant managing office and HR administration. Maja's prior experience includes managing business operations at Preschool Services and holding various roles at UniCredit Bank Serbia, such as Management Board Associate for Administrative Affairs and Account Manager in the Retail Division. Maja holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the field of Organizational Sciences.
