Prathamesh Malpathak

Prathamesh Malpathak has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as an intern at Bharat Electronics. In 2017, they continued their internship at Bharat Forge Ltd. In 2018, they worked as a Sales & Service Engineer at Genius Flexo Machinery Pvt. Ltd. Currently, Prathamesh is employed at Rocket Factory Augsburg - RFA, where they started as a Business Development Intern in 2021 and has since transitioned to a full-time Business Development role in 2022.

Prathamesh Malpathak obtained a Master's degree in Operational Excellence with a focus on Corporate Strategy & Operations Management from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Dual Degree program at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2013 to 2018, earning a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Operations & Project Management. Prathamesh's early education took place at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul School from 2000 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Prathamesh also holds certifications in Managerial Economics and Salesforce Essential Training from LinkedIn, obtained in November and October 2021 respectively. Prathamesh also earned a certification in Salesforce for Sales Managers from LinkedIn in October 2021 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Exemplar Global, Inc. in May 2017.
