Ron Andersen, MBA, is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as IT Manager at Rocket Industrial since May 2015, Ron has developed and maintained core business systems while analyzing data for reporting purposes. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Renaissance Learning, where Ron held multiple senior engineering positions and successfully delivered MVP service solutions, improved team productivity, and enhanced project management processes. Earlier roles at Persoft/Esker and Case Corporation further established expertise in software engineering and end-user support. Ron holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Winona State University.
