Zach Deering is an experienced packaging engineering professional with a robust background in product strategy and design. At Rocket Industrial since November 2016, Zach has managed the packaging engineering department and developed business strategies. Prior roles include Product Line Manager and Packaging Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing packaging categories and collaborating with various stakeholders. Experience at Styrene Products Inc involved packaging system design, CNC programming, and new business development. Earlier positions included structural design at Veritiv and a packaging engineering internship at FCA, LLC, focusing on industrial packaging and testing compliance with ISTA standards. Zach holds a BS in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has furthered education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
