Hugo Marín

Hugo Marín has extensive experience in operations and product management, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Rocket.la since October 2011, where responsibilities include strategy implementation, process optimization, and financial collaboration. Previously, as Chief Product Officer, Hugo led product strategy and development, focusing on innovation and data-driven decision-making. Prior to Rocket.la, Hugo was the Head of Design and Owner at Metaphysic, overseeing client relations and creative direction for notable projects, and served as Lead Designer at B.E.R. Partners Inc., enhancing web interface design and team training. Educationally, Hugo is pursuing a program in Executive Management at MIT and holds a Master's degree in Fine Arts from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, complemented by studies at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
