As an Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable functions, with a special focus on customer onboarding, billing, and collections management. Y

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the customer onboarding process by ensuring timely setup and accurate billing information
• Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries
• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement collection strategies
• Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline billing processes and improve collection efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and updates in the accounting system

Qualifications:

• Graduate or advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Advanced English, both written and verbal (Portuguese is a nice to have)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and financial software (experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
