Prior experience includes roles as a Naval Architect at Elliott Bay Design Group and as Lead Engineer at Vigor Kvichak, LLC, where significant contributions were made to US Coast Guard projects. With a robust background at Kvichak Marine Industries, Inc., Reid Shaffer designed and developed a wide array of custom aluminum workboats, implemented innovative design practices, and conducted extensive structural analysis.
