Liz Connors is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in leading teams and functions within organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Team Leader at Rocket Money since May 2025, Liz previously held the position of Director of Analytics and Data Science at Mixbook, where leadership of the data team involved utilizing a tech stack that included Redshift, dbt, HEX, and Looker. With a background that includes roles such as Vice President of Data & Analytics at Headset and various analytical positions at Capital One and HEB, Liz has consistently focused on creating scalable analytics solutions and driving insights into consumer behavior. Additionally, Liz has contributed to the nonprofit sector as a Member of the Board of Directors for GROW Northwest and has served on boards and advisory committees, demonstrating a commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement. Academic credentials include an MBA in Accounting/Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Indiana University, along with a Certificate in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
