Brian Brown is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Rocket Companies. He is responsible for the accounting, finance, treasury, tax, investor relations, and procurement functions while also overseeing the internal audit work.
Having been with the company since 2014, Brian most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer of Rocket Companies. He has also been a crucial member of Rocket Companies’ investor relations efforts since its IPO in August 2020, regularly meeting with investors and helping to set strategies for the company. Prior to joining Rocket, Brian served eight years with EY where he consulted with publicly traded financial services companies.
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wayne State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan.
