Christi Guzik

Christi Guzik is a highly experienced Lead UX Content Strategist currently employed at Rocket Companies since December 2022. Previously, Christi served as a Senior UX Content Strategist at DocuSign, where efforts focused on scaling the in-product content creation process through research, data, and process improvements. Experience at Vertex Inc. as a Senior Manager for Product Content involved modernizing content processes and leading a team in adopting new tools. Christi contributed significantly to content innovation during tenure at Boomi from 2015 to 2021, including roles as Principal Technical & UX Writer and Content Operations Lead. Earlier experience includes roles at IBM, where Christi was recognized for contributions to a DITA library migration, and an internship at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center. Christi holds a Master's Degree in Professional Writing and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing and Communication, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
