Katsiaryna Varsak is an experienced data analyst currently working at RocketData since March 2023, following a notable tenure at Realt from April 2017 to November 2022, where Katsiaryna held the position of Head of Analytics and also worked as a Data Analyst and Data Analyst Assistant. In the role of Head of Analytics, Katsiaryna was instrumental in adapting and mentoring new employees, as well as developing and implementing a strategic plan for the department. Katsiaryna’s experience includes creating ETL pipelines for data reporting and providing consulting services that support data-driven decision-making for clients.
