Currently serving as a Client Partner and Senior Project Manager for Dropbox at RocketMill, Felicity plays a pivotal role in revenue growth and new business acquisition while also serving as a Contractor SEO Project Manager in San Francisco. Prior to this position, Felicity held roles including Client Strategy Director and Senior Account Manager at iCrossing UK, where successful client relationship management and growth strategies were pivotal. Early career experiences included roles as Junior Buyer and Assistant Buyer in the retail sector, showcasing strong organizational skills and supplier relationships. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and Marketing from the University of Brighton.
