Jamie De Vivo is a seasoned User Experience professional, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at RocketMill since June 2022, after a promotion in 2023. Jamie's expertise includes optimizing client websites for improved user engagement and growth, while implementing best practices in accessibility and design. Prior experience includes roles as a User Experience Architect and Research and Development Specialist at Insightful, where Jamie was involved in user experience testing and technical support. Freelance work as a Digital Producer complemented Jamie's design and development skills, alongside previous positions in production and consulting. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production from Bournemouth University and has a strong educational background in applied science and media.
