Russell Kirby is a seasoned professional in creative operations and digital marketing with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Creative Operations at RocketMill since October 2020, Russell leads efforts in a digital marketing agency recognized in the top 100 independent agencies in 2019. Previous experience includes producing for Brilliant Noise, where Russell managed multiple teams and projects, and serving as a Creative Producer at Plus Two, focusing on web and UI/UX design. Additional roles include business improvement management at International Private Finance, recruitment consulting at Robert Walters, and sales management at Club Journeyman. Russell holds a degree in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield, conferred in 2006.
