Mark Gomes

Mark Gomes is an experienced educator currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at SUNY Westchester Community College, teaching courses in American and World history, and as an Adjunct Professor at Rockland Community College and Hudson County Community College, focusing on subjects including Western Civilization and American Government. Mark also actively participates as a Board Member and Instructor at Rose Pan African Education, INC. In addition to teaching, Mark is a published author, having written "Spirits of the Land," an historical fiction novel available on Amazon. Prior roles include a Professor of History at Technical Career Institutes and a High School Social Studies Teacher at Rockland BOCES. Mark's educational background includes a Master's degree in European History from Iona University, a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Dominican University New York, and an Associate's degree from Bergen Community College.
