Adri Kraa

Adri Kraa is a Partner and Health Innovator at Vital Innovators since November 2018, focusing on strategy and innovation within healthcare organizations. Kraa has been a Business Innovator and Start-up Coach at Rockstart since September 2012, mentoring start-ups in various Accelerator and Bootcamp programs. Previously, as Group Director of eBusiness and Chief Digital Officer at Mediq from March 2015 to August 2018, Kraa led digital transformation across 14 countries. A background in entrepreneurship includes experience as an eBusiness manager at Innr Lighting, leading a smart home lighting start-up. Earlier roles at IKEA Group spanned from global strategy and business leadership to managing eCommerce and supply chain efforts. Kraa began a career in consulting at CMG Consulting and has also worked in ICT project management and aerospace engineering. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
