Amy Clayton has over two decades of experience in education, currently serving as a Middle School English/Language Arts Teacher and ESL Teacher at Rockwall Independent School District since August 1999. Previously, Amy taught English/Language Arts for Grades 7-11 at SCCLC in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, from September 2002 to May 2004, and held a position as a Teacher and Coach at Navasota Independent School District for one academic year. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Texas at Tyler.

We have two high schools, three middle schools, 14 elementary schools, one alternative academy and one CTE academy. Rockwall High School and Rockwall-Heath High School are both 5A schools with many award winning academic, vocational and athletic programs.
