John Miller

John Miller serves as the VP & Chief IP Counsel at Rockwell Automation since October 1995, where responsibilities include securing intellectual property rights and managing related litigation. Previously, John held the position of Vice Chairman at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Milwaukee from 2008 to 2011 and worked as an Associate at Malin, Haley, DiMaggio & Crosby, P.A. from April 1993 to October 1995. Early career experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Robert B Samuels, focusing on estimating electrical power requirements, project costs, and scheduling. John Miller's educational background includes an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and Manhattan University, respectively.
