Paula West

Paula West, MBA, serves as the IT Marketing and Engagement Manager at Rockwell Automation since March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant for Cybersecurity Awareness Training & Communications at Carrier, where Paula developed an annual cybersecurity awareness program and led educational sessions. As the owner of Westwords Consulting, LLC from April 2006 to March 2022, Paula provided comprehensive marketing services and IT project management for diverse clients, including small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Previous positions include Director of Consulting Services at Computech Resources, Inc., Director of Sales & Marketing at Binary Tree, Project Manager/Managing Consultant at USWeb, and Business Application Development Manager at Wilson Learning. Paula obtained an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Catherine University, and participated in the Life Leadership Circles for Women Managers program at the University of St. Thomas.
