Dave Hoagland is an accomplished Industrial Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in engineering, quality management, and product management roles. Currently serving as an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer IV/Product Manager at Rockwell Window Wells since January 2015, previous positions include Industrial Manufacturing Engineer III in both quality and document control management. Prior experience includes roles at Revolution Snowboard Manufacturing and Liberty Skis Corporation where responsibilities encompassed project management and technical sales. Notable contributions include providing technical training to vendor sales teams and overseeing gear reviews with national publications. Additionally, Dave has a strong background in retail management from previous positions at Sports Authority and Copeland Sports. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics with an emphasis in Product Development from Brigham Young University.
