Martha Brooks

Martha Brooks is an accomplished board member and leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including energy, transportation, and global development. Currently serving as the Chair of the Development Committee on the Board of Directors for RMI, Martha is focused on advancing a clean, zero-carbon future. Martha is also a member of the Board of Directors at Volvo Group and Constellium, where respective contributions include serving on audit and human resource committees. Previously, Martha held leadership roles at CARE, where as Chair from 2017 to 2021, efforts centered on ending poverty and empowering women and girls. Additional board experiences include appointments at Jabil Circuit, Inc., Bombardier, and Harley-Davidson, as well as a former advisory role at the Yale School of Management. Martha holds a BA in Economics and Political Science and an MBA/MPPM in International Business from Yale University.
