Shirley'searliest work experience was at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, where they held the position of Vice President of Client Services. Overall, Shirley has a diverse background in sales operations, contact centres, and customer service management. Shirley has consistently excelled in their roles and has been recognized for their contributions, including winning the Call Center Magazine's Call Center of the Year award in 2003.
Shirley Quinn, CSPO®, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology: Industrial & Organizational Behaviour from Western University. Shirley also studied International Business at Langara College. In addition, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2022.
