Tyler Kernick has extensive experience in guest services and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Guest Experience and previously as Station Manager at Rocky Mountaineer since June 2022. Prior roles include Guest Service Host at Journey Beyond, Class 2 Driver at Walkers Transport, and Process Guide at Amazon. Tyler also worked internationally as a Representative/Driver for (株)SKI JAPAN TRAVEL and as a Tour Guide for Busabout Operations Ltd. Additional experience includes positions at Mountain Spa Residences, Rocky Mountaineer, Hotelplan UK Ltd, and KFC. Tyler is pursuing a degree in Business Management from The Open University, with prior education from Turton Sixth Form and Turton High School.
