Ben Fendel

Ben Fendel is an experienced professional in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as the Instructional Design Field Learning and Development Manager for Rodan + Fields since April 2019, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive range of learning solutions for Independent Consultants. Previous roles encompass various positions in instructional design and curriculum development, including work at Bank of the West as an Instructional Design Contractor, and at Mosaic as a Senior Instructional Design Consultant, focusing on training solutions for the utilities and oil & gas sectors. Ben's experience also spans curriculum development at Chevron Federal Credit Union and instructional design roles at Golden Gate University, AAA, and Intrax Cultural Exchange. In addition to a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Educational Instructional Design from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA, Ben has a unique seasonal role as a singer with the Merrie Olde Christmas Carolers, the largest professional caroling group in the country, known for engaging performances at various holiday events.
