Engineering · Full-time · London, United Kingdom · Remote possible
Rodeo unlocks the next generation of hyperlocal delivery with a better model that works for both the riders and the businesses.
Having seen all sides of the gig economy we know that flexible work needs to change.
We are building a SaaS enabled marketplace that on one side, enables independent delivery riders to find, optimise and manage their work; and on the other, enables businesses to effortlessly build, manage and maintain a flexible pool of trusted, reliable riders.
Since launching Rodeo in 2022, with the support of world class investors like LocalGlobe, Seedcamp and Mozilla, we’ve built a small, autonomous and focused team dedicated to each other and the mission.
If you share our vision and want to make it happen, apply now and join us.
Build great products: We are looking for people who are product-oriented and care about how people will use and interact with the software they’re building.
Are a brilliant engineer: 8+ years of experience developing software with most of it being in React or similar frontend frameworks.
Are comfortable with ambiguity: Things change quickly and often. You’re happy to tackle problems without a clear definition or solution. Asking the right questions and collaborating with the team to get clarity.
Advocate for simplicity: You prefer simple solutions, always weighing the various trade-offs. You know when to move fast and when to do things right.
Communicate clearly: Whether it’s writing a spec, asking questions or explaining a problem, you can articulate your thoughts clearly.
Are humble: Bring good energy and humility into everything you do.
