Bernice Francis

Bernice Francis, CPA, CA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and regulatory reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Rogers Bank since January 2019, Bernice leads the Controllership function, overseeing regulatory reporting, finance policies, and risk management. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Finance at Rogers Bank, Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at TD, Senior Financial Analyst at Worldsource Wealth Management, and Finance Controller at Emirates. Bernice began a career at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included managing internal controls and conducting statutory audits.
