Lucian Bratu

Lucian Bratu has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a career at Rogers Communications beginning in April 2001 as a Team Lead Expert in Network Analytics Metrics Reporting. Lucian focuses on data analytics to enhance customer experience and support new product introductions while providing technical leadership and creating executive-level analyses. Prior roles within Rogers include Network Management Program Manager and Field and Radio Network Optimization Specialist. Previously, Lucian held the position of Regional Team Leader and BSS Engineer at Vodafone Romania and worked as a Regional Team Leader in Radio Network Engineering and Field Sales at UNIAXIS Romania. Lucian holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bucharest and various advanced certificates in Project Management and Business Analysis from McMaster University, along with ITIL certification in IT Service Management.
