Seth Snider has diverse work experience in the construction industry. Seth started their career at VFP Fire Systems in 2015 as a Design Technician/Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Rogers-O'Brien Construction and held the role of Office Engineer until 2020, when they were promoted to Quality Manager. Seth then transitioned to HB Concrete in 2021 as a Project Manager. Later that same year, they returned to Rogers-O'Brien Construction as a Project Quality Manager.

Seth Snider attended Ball State University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Construction Management/ Business administration.
