Troy Scott has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, spanning over two decades. Troy has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.
Starting in 1998 at CHUM Radio, Troy worked as an On Air Host, Programing Coordinator, and New Media Director. Troy hosted the "Troy Scott Show" on CHIQ-FM and served as a Morning Show Producer for "Steve & Harry in the Morning" on CFWM-FM. Troy also worked as the New Media Director for CHUM Winnipeg.
In 2007, Troy joined Newcap Radio as a Morning Show Host and later transitioned to the role of Commentator at CMT in 2008.
From 2009 to 2012, Troy worked at Jim Pattison Broadcast Group as an Assistant Program Director, Music Director, and Drive Host.
In 2012, they joined Newcap Radio again, this time as a Program Director for Country 100.7 | CIGV-FM.
From 2012 to 2014, Troy worked at Vista Radio Ltd as a Format/Program Director for various radio stations, including CJSU-FM, CKAY-FM, CJUI-FM, and more.
In 2014, they joined Harvard Broadcasting as a Program Director for CJNW-FM and CKEA-FM.
Troy then moved to Bell Media in 2015, where they held the position of Program Director for CKMM-FM, CFWM-FM, and CKX-FM. Troy also worked as a Production Manager during this time.
Most recently, Troy joined Rogers Sports & Media in 2020. Troy is currently serving as a Content Director for CHFI and the National Content Director for AC. Additionally, they worked as the National Format Director for JACK from 2020 to 2021.
Troy Scott attended Minot State University from 1996 to 1998, pursuing a field of study in Communication Arts Broadcasting. However, no degree information is provided.
