Kimberly Frank

Kimberly Frank is an experienced manager in commercial program management, currently leading the customer project management team at Rohde & Schwarz since April 2013. With a focus on complex systems development in the Test & Measurement and Radio Monitoring & Location divisions, Kimberly oversees projects worth over $60 million annually and has enhanced project management processes and tools within the organization. Prior roles include Technical Project Manager at Rockwell Collins, managing government and internal funded programs, and Project Lead/Sr. Software Engineer at Tekelec, addressing customer problem resolution. Kimberly began her career as a Software Development Engineer at Alcatel/DSC, leading software engineering teams. Educational credentials include partial studies in MBA with a specialization in Project Management from The University of Dallas and a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
