Oussema Harguem

Oussema Harguem is an experienced SW Integration Engineer specializing in RF OTA test conformance systems for 5G NR at Rohde & Schwarz since March 2020. Responsibilities include commissioning new software modules, troubleshooting hardware and software, executing standard-compliant tests, and training internal staff. Prior roles encompass working as a system software developer and a master thesis student, focusing on wireless testing and calibration algorithms. Oussema also served as a teaching assistant at Technical University Munich and gained practical experience through internships in fiber optics and renewable energy systems development. Oussema holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Technical University Munich, supplemented by an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University and a bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
