Filip Eliáš

Filip Eliáš began their career in 2010 as an Intern at RWE IT Czech s.r.o. In 2011, they became a Software Engineer at Red Hat. In 2016, they co-founded BYTEMIX and acted as a Java Engineer and Team Leader. In 2018, they became a Tech Lead Engineer at SolarWinds, where they worked on Loggly to improve stability and scalability. Since 2019, they have been a Development Team Lead at Rohlik.cz, where they have been leading a team that develops a supply chain application and helping the eshop team to integrate Elasticsearch.

Filip Eliáš has a background in education and certifications. From 2006 to 2011, they obtained an Inženýr (Ing.) degree from the Brno University of Technology in the field of Information Technologies. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained an Inženýr (Ing.) degree from the Brno University of Technology in the field of Business and Management. In 2011, they obtained Academic Certificates Cisco CCNA and CCNP from Cisco. In 2013, they obtained a Red Hat Certified JBoss Administrator from Red Hat. In 2014, they obtained a Red Hat Certificate of Expertise in Red Hat JBoss Developer from Red Hat. In 2015, they obtained a Java SE 8 Programmer I - 1Z0-808 from Oracle and a Red Hat Certificate of Expertise in Persistence from Red Hat.
