From 2004 to 2007, they were a category manager for PAPco,s.r.o., and from 2007 to 2014, they were an export manager for NOWACO Czech Republic. From 2014 to 2015, they were a key account manager for Bidvest / Nowaco, and from 2015 to 2016, they were an export director and category manager for Kostelecké uzeniny, a.s. Since 2016, they have been a Senior buying manager for Rohlik.cz.
Michal Perlik attended Charles University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Mgr degree in učitelství pro střední školy.
