Lee Morgan currently serves as the Director of Product Analytics at Rokt, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Lee spent nearly 13 years at Google, culminating in the position of Head of Marketing Data Science, where a distributed team of data analysts and data scientists was led to enhance advertiser sophistication through analytics and machine learning. Key accomplishments include generating over $50M in incremental annual revenue through bespoke predictive models, developing interactive dashboards contributing to an additional $10M in revenue, and redefining team strategies in response to advertising privacy challenges. Previous roles include Principal Analytical Lead and Senior Solutions Consultant at Google, and Quantitative Marketing Associate at First Manhattan Consulting Group, along with internships at Schlumberger and Sikorsky Aircraft. Lee's educational background includes a Fellow position in Climate Change at Terra.do, a Master's degree in Operations Research from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
