Hilde Kaemingk has a diverse work experience portfolio. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Assistant in a clothes shop called Arthur & Willemijn. In 2008, they interned at CVO Groep Zuidoost-Utrecht, where they created a standard model for grant accountability. From 2010 to 2014, Hilde was involved in various roles within the CDA party, serving as a Local Party Assistant and later as a City Council Member in Zeist. In 2012, they interned at Holland Corporate Finance and then worked as an Administrative Assistant at J.G. Kaemingk Beheer, where they handled bookkeeping and assisted at a real estate company. At SNS REAAL, they worked as a Financial Management Trainee from 2012 to 2014. Hilde later joined SNS Bank as a Business Change & SLA Manager from 2014 to 2016. Hilde'smost recent role has been at Roll Group, where they started as a Business Change Manager in 2016 and later transitioned to roles such as Procurement Change Manager and Business Manager. Currently, Hilde holds the position of Global Director of Partnerships and New Business at Roll Group.

Hilde Kaemingk holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business Administration from TIAS School for Business and Society, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Hilde also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IC University of Applied Sciences - Amsterdam, which they completed from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2007 to 2009. Our two Module Carriers are specifically designed to deliver the heaviest modules and equipment. The BigRoll vessels are ice-classed and designed with a focus on high ballasting capacity, low fuel consumption, high service speed and great seakeeping behaviour, resulting in lower acceleration forces on the cargo. On the land side Roll‐Lift operates a large number of modern heavy lift cranes, Self-Propelled Modular Trailers (SPMT’s) and Conventional Trailers. The specific characteristics of Roll Group’s asset base ensures the ability to serve a wide range of markets, such as: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Renewable Energy, Power, Civil Construction, Dredging and Naval.
