Roll Group takes care of heavy cargo both on land and at sea. This exceptional combination of transportation and installation capabilities enables us to offer complete ‘Factory to Foundation’ solutions. Combined with our engineering expertise and unique know-how, this makes Roll Group the preferred heavy cargo partner offering effective, innovative and sustainable services. RollDock offers an innovative fleet of highly adaptable transport vessels. Our six dock-type vessels all have the option of three loading modes - Float-In / Float-Out, Lift-On / Lift-Off, Roll-On / Roll-Off - or a combination of these loading modes, which allow our vessels to adapt to a variety of situations and circumstances. Our two Module Carriers are specifically designed to deliver the heaviest modules and equipment. The BigRoll vessels are ice-classed and designed with a focus on high ballasting capacity, low fuel consumption, high service speed and great seakeeping behaviour, resulting in lower acceleration forces on the cargo. On the land side Roll‐Lift operates a large number of modern heavy lift cranes, Self-Propelled Modular Trailers (SPMT’s) and Conventional Trailers.
