At Rollerblade, Tom played a crucial role in various aspects including product design, marketing, team management, online sales, event coordination, trend identification, international business, and quality control. Tom also successfully directed the rebranding of Rollerblade and led the creation of online sales platforms, including a B2C and B2B platform. Tom's work experience demonstrates their expertise and understanding of the industry.
