Elias Gorgis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production and project management. Currently serving as Production Manager (COO) at Rolling Optics AB since February 2024, Elias oversees operational activities including production, logistics, technology, supply chain, and quality management. Previously at Scania Group from June 2015 to February 2024, Elias held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Project Management for product introductions and Group Manager for both bus assembly and process engineering. In earlier experience at Hilti Group from January 2012 to May 2015, Elias served as Store Manager. Elias holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering, both from Mälardalen University.
